Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our products, all sales may be final unless otherwise stated.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5  days of delivery at support@bloomsashstudio.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Approved issues will be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
